2. Description of Service
Esmerio Solutions is a Global Product Studio providing software development, UI/UX design, application strategy, and proprietary SaaS platforms (like Frugi and CashbackNet). We build sophisticated digital products tailored to founder and enterprise needs.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
For client projects, all related intellectual property rights developed by Esmerio Solutions are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific Statement of Work (SOW).
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Esmerio Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
